AKA North have been appointed by Sigma Capital Group plc as their Media agency partners. AKA North will be tasked with building UK-wide brand presence for Sigma’s consumer brand, Simple Life, one of the leading build to rent housing providers in the UK. AKA will also work with Sigma to promote all new developments through Media Planning and Buying.

This partnership will add to AKA Norths recent sequence of new client wins across multiple sectors, including travel, and entertainment.

Simple Life provide rental accommodation across the UK building brand new homes in sort after locations, offering people the flexibility and accessibility that comes with renting a home. Their new development launch of 299 apartments at Empyrean, in Salford, will give renters the convenience of living near the City Centre in spacious apartments at a more attainable rent.  

AKA North will provide key insights into the media market for Simple Life as they grow their audiences and continue to build new homes across the country. AKA have created a tailored long-term strategy for Simple Life both as a brand and for specific developments, such as Empyrean in Salford, which will include a combination of radio, digital media out of home, print and broadcast media.
